Overview
We believe EnviroPro Alternatives have great products and hope that you love them too; however, if you’d like to return them for any reason, we will accept a return for 30 days. EnviroPro Alternatives will reimburse 100% of the purchase price excluding shipping costs once the product is received back. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for a refund:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note our treatment products cannot be returned if they have been opened.
To request a refund please contact us in writing, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
Please note the original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund total.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Next contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted into your account.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Purchased your item through a reseller
If the item was purchased and shipped directly to you from one of our resellers, you will need to contact them directly if you are wanting a refund or to exchange goods. As their terms and conditions apply.
Shipping returns
We will notify you when it is time to ship the item back to us at EnviroPro Alternatives. To return your product, you should ship your product to: EnviroPro Alternatives Pty Ltd, 137 Lake Russell Drive, Emerald Beach NSW 2456.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using tracking. We don’t take any responsibility for items until we receive them in our warehouse.
