What is the warranty for the Nature’s Head?

We are confident that your Nature’s Head composting toilets have been manufactured to the strictest of standards with materials that have been carefully selected to give you years of service.

Your Nature’s Head composting toilet and its components are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for five (5) years from the initial purchase date.

Please remember to complete the warranty contact form. You will need to supply a proof of purchase. If you purchased your unit through a third party, for example a caravan manufacture, then please list their name and a copy of your invoice.
